TLS-BLUE new

The Tunable Laser System is the all in one tunable light source system by Spectrolight. It enables easy yet precise selection of a broad spectral range of 410 - 1700 nm. TLS is a one-box system and requires no alignments or adjustments allowing instant application.

For the Custom models, users can select a supercontinuum laser model and variable wavelength ranges according to the user’s applications. Please refer to the table below for supercontinuum laser models and wavelength ranges. For example, if the user selects the supercontinuum laser model as SL10 and the wavelength range of 690 – 1310 nm, then the model name of the TLS will be TSL10-BLUE-Custom (690 -1310 nm).

Broadband Tunable Spectral Wavelength and Adjustable Bandwidth

The broadband spectral range of the wavelength and the transmission bandwidth can be adjusted via quick and easy software control

 

 

High Out-of-band Blocking

High out-of-band blocking (OD 10) avoids unwanted spectral leakage and associated background noise typical of liquid crystal-based filtering systems

Speckle reduced Laser

TLS products are designed to reduce laser speckle noise, which is commonly found as a noise pattern in lasers, ensuring compatibility with imaging applications. Additionally, image segmentation is shown to be stable across a range of intensity levels.

 

 

 

Application Example : Si wafer inspection

Depending on the wavelength of the light source, you can check the image transmitted thgough the silicon wafer.

Acting as a comprehensive and tunable light source, TLS significantly simplifies the imaging process, reducing reliance on miltuple expensive instrument adjustments.
