Mighty Light Plus - Tungsten Halogen new

The Mighty Light Plus (MLP-TH) is a broadband light source that provides 10X higher spatial brightness than competitive sources: delivering up to 7 W of collimated output from a 10 mm diameter flexible light guide. Useful output spans 300 to 2500 nm and the low-noise output power is smoothly adjustable from 0 - 100 %. Applications include microscopy, white light interferometry, machine vision, and precision inspection.

Color Temperature

The Mighty Light tungsten- halogen lamp is operated at a color temperature of 3400 K. 

This temperature delivers output from ~ 300 nm while also providing usable power beyond 2500 nm.

 

 

Stable Tunable Light Source

The Mighty light power supply is operated closed loop by a custom control board. 

This tight current control results in very low output noise (< 0.7 %, above power 50 %)
