
SPECTROLIGHT optical instruments are being showcased at VASSCAA-13 & the 71st KVS Summer Annual Conference, held at HICO in Gyeongju, Korea.
Presented through our Korean partner KOS, the exhibition setup integrates the SL-Pico Supercontinuum Laser, FWS-Poly Flexible Wavelength Selector, and Spectrometer to demonstrate real-time wavelength selection and spectral monitoring.
ㅣReal-Time Wavelength Selection & Spectrum Monitoring
The optical setup uses the SL-Pico SL80V Supercontinuum Laser as a broadband light source and the FWS-Poly (Poly-RED) to select the desired wavelength band from the broadband output.
The showcased Poly-RED provides:
- Center Wavelength (CWL): 410–890 nm
- Adjustable Bandwidth (FWHM): 2–15 nm
- Flexible wavelength and bandwidth control
As the selected wavelength is changed, the corresponding change in optical output can be directly observed while the connected Spectrometer and software display the spectrum response in real time.
Within the visible wavelength range, the change can also be seen directly through the color of the optical output, providing an intuitive visualization of wavelength selection.

This integrated configuration demonstrates the complete process from broadband light generation to wavelength selection and spectral measurement within a single optical setup.
