What is your return policy?
Customers have 30 days from the original date of invoice to return new, unused, undamaged products for full credit. Applicable restocking fees apply to all product returns. Please note that the following items are not eligible for return; any non-product includes custom-built products. All returns for credit require a pre-authorization by Spectrolight to be eligible for credit. Shipping is to be prepaid by the end-user.
Do you have a warranty policy?
Products are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year. Spectrolight, Inc. ensures its products meet specifications when properly installed, operated, and maintained. Spectrolight's warranty is for one year (parts and labor) unless otherwise stated in product brochures. Shipping for warranted items is prepaid one way by Spectrolight after services are performed.
